This Two Paddocks Riesling is a single block selection from the estate`s Red Bank Vineyard in the Earnscleugh district of Alexandra. It was fermented to dry in stainless steel tanks, and bottled early to ensure that its vitality and pure, zesty fruit were preserved. The result is a vibrant, steely Riesling style, with perfumed aromas of fresh lime and white flowers. Palate is medium bodied and dry, having terrific focus, a rich, finely concentrated middle, and a bright, racy, tense length.
