2019 Château Hyon La Fleur, Saint Emilion

Here is a sensational Saint-Emilion from a tiny 3-hectare plot owned by Jean-Claude Berrouet. A blend of 95% Merlot with 5% Cabernet Franc, aromas are most striking, being vibrant and floral with ripe red berry fruits. Palate has a beguiling sweetness and purity, with elegant texture and a graceful, long-lasting finish. Still youthful, although already irresistible, we would recommend drinking now and over the next five or six years.
