Thriving soils and old vines, whose roots run deep, can partly be thanked for the amazing harmony, brightness of fruit and purity of acidity in Palmer`s 2022 Grand Vin. Painstakingly meticulous work by the vineyard and winemaking teams also plays its invaluable part. A blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot, this is once again a profound Margaux, boasting extraordinary perfume, power with precision, and the greatest finesse (for drinking 2032-2055+).
