Stéphane’s “Temps est Venu” comes from two family-owned vineyards: one in Plan de Dieu, bringing power and richness, one at higher altitude in Visan, contributing freshness and structure. “Here, I want to make a Côtes du Rhône that is a bit serious. But I also want something fresh, that has easy charm,” Stéphane told us. 60% Grenache with 40% Syrah, colour is deep, aromas being lifted and intense. Full bodied, there is good roundness to the palate, having lovely depth of spiced raspberry and bramble fruits, fine tannins and a clean finish (for drinking 2024-2026+).
