The top whites from the Faiveley Domaine benefit from cool ageing in their dedicated white wine cellar, which has a spring running into it, ensuring a constantly refreshing atmosphere. We cannot resist selecting their La Garenne vineyard. This 1st Growth from high on the hillside between Puligny and Meursault has pale, lemon-golden colour, ample ripeness on the nose, with well-delineated, rich structure, lively mid-palate and extravagant, vivacious length (for drinking 2024-2035+).
