The vineyards for our Macon-Prissé contain a high content of calcareous clay, contributing to its supple texture and charming middle-fruit. This 2023 has a very pale lemon-green colour, aromas being lively and pure, recalling fresh lemon and lime. Palate is medium bodied, having bright concentration of citrus and stone fruit flavours. This is a vivacious, clean, rounded wine, with a fresh finish.
