This magnificent Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a small, organically farmed estate near Bolgheri, owned and run by Michael Zyw and his family. The olive trees enjoy exquisite views over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the islands of Elba, Capraia and Gorgona, giving an oil that deserves a place in every good kitchen. Perfect for dressing salads, as a dip, over pasta or added to fresh minestrone before serving, its vibrant, complex, lemony-nutty flavours, with peppery, rocket-like aftertaste lifts every food onto which it is poured.
