Chilton Damson Gin, Shropshire

This Damson Gin Liqueur is made in Bishops Castle in Shropshire using the “Shropshire Prune” variety of damsons which have been steeped for six months in Greenall`s London Dry Gin. The result is a rich, plummy liqueur which is deliciously fruity and not too sweet. It can be enjoyed on its own (perfect for the hip flask as a winter warmer) or as a long refreshing drink with tonic, soda, bitter lemon or champagne.
