Aged for 5 years in barrel, this elegant, richly sweet PX is mid tawny in colour, the nose being packed with aromas of figs, dark chocolate and candied orange peel. The palate is silky-smooth, full bodied and lusciously textured. Flavours are finely concentrated and nuanced, the finish having invigorating, fresh acidity. We recommend serving this slightly chilled with pudding or on its own after a meal.
