2018 Quincy Villalin, Domaine Jacques Rouzé

Quincy is one of the Sancerre satellites and typically a step above Touraine sauvignon but lighter and less magisterial than Sancerre. This one hums along, with fine and precise riffs of grass, citrus and stone.
