2021 Muscadet Sèvre & Maine Sur Lie, Domaine de la Chauvinière

From vines planted on the edge of Château-Thébaud, managed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. Stainless steel and underground vats are used for fermentation, with 30% of the juice undergoing a short skin contact.

Intense and livelier than the other Muscadet in this collection. Just a great, characterful white from the greater Pinot family. Dry and fresh, and no hurry to drink.
