Cave de Bissey

The Cave de Bissey was one of the first winegrowers` co-operatives to be established in Burgundy, founded in 1928. Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, it comprises just over forty wine producers, whose vines lie in and around the Bissey-sous-Cruchaud commune. Cultivating about a hundred hectares of land, resources are pooled to produce an excellent range of wines under the Cave de Bissey banner.
