Domaine Font Sarade

Claire Burle is the fourth generation at this property, centred in Vacqueyras, in the Southern Rhône. She joined her father, Bernard, in 2014, and the two work closely on their now 37-hectare estate – Bernard plans to retire in 2026. A new winery adjoins the original, 1936 cellar of her great-grandfather. Favouring the use of concrete tanks and very gentle handling of grapes and juice, Claire comments “we do all we can to bring brightness of fruit to our wines.”
